Thirty-plus selections in a single machine

We are the supplier, so the range in your machine is the range in our warehouse — not whatever was easiest to source.

Seven questions worth asking any vending operator

Whoever you end up choosing, these are the answers that decide whether the machine still earns you anything a year from now. Here are ours in writing.

Ask themOur answer
"Who supplies the stock, and how wide is the range?" We do. We are Singapore's largest beverage distributor. Up to 30 selections per drinks machine, with the widest Healthier Choice range in cans and bottles.
"How often is it restocked, and is that a schedule or a promise?" A schedule. Every site sits on one of four fixed island-wide routes. We agree the service frequency with you up front and it is planned into the route, not left to a call-out.
"How do I know what actually sold?" From the machine. Monthly statement generated from the machine's own transaction records, units sold and commission due, paid by bank transfer.
"What payment methods does it take?" All of them. NETS, NETS QR and PayNow, Visa and Mastercard contactless, Apple Pay, Google Pay, EZ-Link, plus notes and coins. Standard on every machine, not an upgrade.
"What does it cost us, including electricity?" Nothing up front. Machine, stock, servicing and insurance are ours. The machine draws 0.53 kW; where the host covers power we factor it into the commission rate before you sign.
"Will you tell me if my site is a bad fit?" Yes, and we do. We decline sites that will not sustain a machine. A dead machine in your lobby helps neither of us.
"What if we want it removed?" We take it away. At our cost, with reasonable notice. No minimum term, no penalty, no exit fee.

Four steps, about two weeks

From your first enquiry to a working machine, with nothing to pay at any stage.

Tell us about your site

Two minutes on the form below. We need headcount, premises type and location. That is enough for us to know whether it is worth a visit.

We visit and confirm

A short site check for power, access and the right spot, and we agree the machine mix and the commission rate. We will tell you honestly if it will not work.

We deliver and install

Delivery, setup, payment-reader commissioning and the first fill, all at our cost. The product range is chosen with you.

You get paid monthly

A statement showing sales and your commission, paid by bank transfer. Restocking continues on the route schedule and we tune the range to what actually sells.

Find out what your site could earn

Nine questions, about two minutes. We will come back to you with a straight answer on whether your site suits a machine — and what we would put in it.

No cost, no obligation, and we never pass your details to anyone else.

Check if your site qualifies

Nine quick questions. We reply within one working hour during office hours.

How many people are on site on a normal working day?

The single biggest factor in whether a machine works at your location.

What kind of premises is it?
How long do people typically stay on site?
Is there anywhere else in the building to buy a drink or snack?
Is there already a vending machine on site?
What commercial arrangement are you expecting?

Most sites take a share of the sales. Some just want the machine there for their people. We propose terms after the site visit.

Is there a power point within about 2 metres of the spot, with trolley or lift access?
When would you want it installed?
Which setup are you interested in?

Not binding. We confirm the right mix at the site visit.

It tells us who to prepare for. A facilities manager and an MCST council need different answers.

Please tick to continue.
Indicative return to you

We will tell you honestly if your site is not suitable. We would rather not install than install badly and take the machine away three months later. No obligation, and we never pass your details to anyone else.

Thanks, we have your details.

Common questions

If yours is not here, ask us directly. We answer within the hour during office hours.

What does it cost us?

Nothing. We own the machine, we buy the stock and we cover servicing and insurance. You provide the floor space and a power point, and you receive a share of the sales each month.

Who pays for the electricity?

You do, and it is priced into the rate we agree before you sign. A machine draws 0.53 kW from a standard 13A socket — about the same as a small fridge. If that is a problem, say so at the survey and we will structure around it.

How is the commission calculated and paid?

It is a percentage of the machine's sales, read directly from the machine's own transaction records. You get a monthly statement showing units sold and the amount due, and payment follows by bank transfer. No estimates and no manual counting.

We propose the rate after the site survey, because it depends on the volume the site can realistically carry. Ad-sourced placements are on commission terms; fixed monthly rent is not something we normally offer.

What is the difference between a drinks machine and a combo machine?

A drinks machine holds only chilled cans and bottles; a combo holds snacks alongside them. The drinks unit carries up to 30 selections and is what most offices start with. The combo puts snacks on spiral rows next to the chilled shelf.

Sites with long dwell times, shift work or no canteen almost always do better with a combo unit in the mix. We will recommend the split at the site visit.

What payment methods do the machines accept?

NETS, NETS QR and PayNow, Visa and Mastercard contactless, Apple Pay, Google Pay and EZ-Link, plus $2 and $5 notes and coins. The cashless reader is standard, not a paid upgrade, and it is what makes your commission statement auditable.

How much space is needed?

A single machine is 1.00 m wide, 0.64 m deep and 1.83 m tall, plus clearance to open the door. It needs to be indoors or under cover, on level ground, with a power point within roughly 2 metres.

For a vending mart corner, allow about 1.05 m of wall run per machine. Roughly 3.1 m for three machines, 4.2 m for four and 5.2 m for five. Plus 0.9 m of clear frontage for customers and our service trolley.

Can we have more than one machine?

Yes, and on larger sites you should. A corner of three to five machines gives a building the range of a minimart, clears the lunch queue that defeats a single machine, and earns you commission across the whole run from the same floor space.

What if it breaks down or runs empty?

Your site sits on a fixed service route, so it is checked and refilled to schedule as standard. Faults are our cost and our problem — call the service line and we attend, including refunds if the machine takes payment without dispensing.

An empty or broken machine earns neither of us anything, which is why the route schedule matters more than anything else we do.

Can we choose what goes in it?

Yes. We agree the range before the first fill, then adjust once we see what sells. Healthier Choice, halal-certified and lower-sugar lines are all available — the constraint is your shelf space, not our catalogue.

What if we want it removed later?

We remove it at our cost with reasonable notice. There is no penalty and no lock-in fee. A machine at a site that does not want it is not a machine we want there either.
