CVM by Gourmet Supplies

The vending arm of Singapore's largest beverage distributor

CVM by Gourmet Supplies — CVM stands for Convenience Vending Mart — is the vending business of the Gourmet Supplies group, run as its own registered company, Gourmet Vending Pte. Ltd. We service more than 300 machines across Singapore — in workplaces, dorms, venues and residential developments island-wide.

What we do

Three things, all built on the same fleet, warehouse and service routes:

  • Free machine placement. We put a stocked vending machine into a qualifying site at no cost, keep it filled and serviced on a scheduled route, and pay the host a commission on every sale.
  • Vending Mart corners. For larger sites — a branded run of three to six machines in one bay, split by category, open around the clock.
  • Machine sales and rental. The same chilled-drinks and combo machines we run ourselves, for buyers who control their own strong site — with local parts, our technical team, and stock supply from our own warehouse if wanted.

How the operation works

Vending is a logistics business with a retail face. Ours runs on four fixed truck routes that cover Singapore daily from our warehouse at Senoko, restocking and servicing every machine on a schedule rather than on complaint. Because we are part of Singapore's largest beverage distributor, the machines draw on a distributor's range and pricing — thirty-plus chilled selections, plus snacks in the combo units — and every machine carries the full local payment stack: NETS, NETS QR and PayNow, contactless Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and EZ-Link, alongside notes and coins.

Cashless is not a convenience feature for us; it is the accountability layer. Machine-level transaction records are what make a host's monthly commission statement auditable rather than estimated.

How we decide where machines go

We say no to more sites than we say yes to. A machine only works where the building can feed it — enough people, staying long enough, without a nearer convenience alternative — and a machine placed anywhere else loses money for us and disappoints the host. That is why our site check scores every enquiry the same way we assess sites for our own fleet, and gives an honest answer either way. The thinking behind it is public, in our location guide and profitability guide.
