Privacy statement

This site is operated by Gourmet Vending Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201622253Z), a company incorporated in Singapore and part of the Gourmet Supplies group. Gourmet Vending Pte. Ltd. is the organisation responsible for the personal data you provide here.

When you complete the site qualification form we collect: your name, your position if you give it, your organisation, your mobile number, your email address, the postal code of the site, and your answers to the nine questions. Anything you type into the notes field is collected as written.

We also record technical information sent by your browser: the page you submitted from, the referring page, and advertising identifiers carried in the link you arrived on (gclid, fbclid and any utm_ parameters). These tell us which advertisement produced your enquiry.

This site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. Where Google Ads or Meta advertising tags are active, those services set their own cookies under their own privacy terms.

We use it for one purpose: to assess whether your site suits a vending machine, to contact you about that enquiry, and to measure which advertising produces useful enquiries.

We rely on your consent, given by ticking the consent box before you submit. You may withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we will stop contacting you. Withdrawal does not affect anything done before you withdrew.

We keep a record of the consent you gave, including the wording shown to you and the time you gave it, together with your enquiry.

Your enquiry is seen by our own team. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

It is stored in Google Workspace, which processes it on our behalf. If your enquiry leads to an installation, the relevant details are used in our own service and accounting records.

Aggregate and identifier-level conversion data may be sent to Google Ads and Meta to measure advertising. That does not include your name, phone number or email address.

Enquiries that lead to a placement are kept for the life of that placement and for seven years afterwards, to meet accounting and tax obligations.

Enquiries that do not lead to a placement are kept for 24 months, so that we can recognise a site if it comes back to us, and then deleted.

Under the PDPA you may ask us what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used in the past year, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, and withdraw your consent.

Write to Sales@gourmetsupplies.com.sg and we will respond within 30 days. If we cannot meet that, we will tell you when we can.

Enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled Google Workspace accounts. Access is limited to the people who need it to answer your enquiry.

If we change how we handle enquiries we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes affecting data already collected will be notified to you directly.
